The ACROSS Transformational Leadership: Church and Community Engagement (TLCCE) team guide people through the process of breaking free from dependency and embracing a future of dignity and purpose. A Vision Casting session is a one-day introduction to asset-based community development where participants learn that God has blessed them with resources and called them to steward those resources toward development.
